Playyyyyyy Ball!!! Our Phillies inspired sour series. This season we wanted something refreshing, sweet and tart. We used Hibiscuses and lemon in the boil. After fermentation we added Raspberries and more lemon! This beer is tailgate approved! ***Contains Lactose, Raspberries, Lemon

Farmhouse Ale - Saison

With the warm weather approaching, we wanted to make a light, dry, crisp, refreshing saison inspired by a French bottle of white wine. We used Hallertau Blanc hops throughout the boil for some of that white grape lemon grass character. Paired with Huell Melon for some strawberry and honeydew to help balance the flavor. ABV: 5%

~American IPA~
Big, bright, orange American IPA that is packed with citrusy candy like sweetness from the huge amounts of Citra and El Dorado during the whirlpool. We also used some Motueka which leaves behind a hint of lemon lime, all used in the dry hopped as well as some Simcoe to add a little piney flavor. A few of these and you may end up on the Jerry Springer Show.

A combo of 2-row and oats give this a straw color and a silky smooth body. A heavy dose of Galaxy, Sabro, and Zamba during the whirlpool and massive dry hop let the grapefruit/tropical and a hint of coconut flavor shine. This is a day drinking necessity.

Winter Warmer

Move over Rudolph, Blitzen is our favorite reindeer. Our winter warmer is a hug in a glass with hints of chocolate, caramel and a touch of honey sweetness. A heavy dose of mulling spices were used at the end of the boil which is balanced by the herbal hops. Using a pub ale yeast, added some date/raisin character. **(Contains nutmeg, cinnamon, star anise, cloves, all spice and orange blossom honey)

Hazy Thoughts
IPA - New England / Hazy
We used a combo of oats and 2 row to give this hazy a full mouthfeel and a golden orange color. A massive amount of Citra, Amarillo were used for a juicy, citrusy peach/apricot flavor along with Azacca for some piney balance. All the hops were used in the whirlpool and dry hop.
